Panelist: Tonya Hofmann
CEO and founder of the Public Speakers Association

Tonya Hoffmann is a globally sought-after speaker, host of Tonya Hoffann's Fabulous TV Show, and best-selling author of seven books. She is winner of four major awards, including the eWomenNetwork Conference “Business Matchmaker of the Year” and Global Mentorship Award for the Evolutionary Business Council. Tonya has appeared on the cover of five magazines with the featured article in each—one on the cover of her main competitor!

Panelist: Dave Gawlik
President and CEO, PMware

David Gawlik’s high-performance career spans more than 20 years in various leadership roles for successful enterprise software organizations such as Parametric Technology, Siebel, and VMware. Dave joined PMware as its first sales representative in 2003, and his passion, hands-on approach and commitment to client success have led to a long track record of performance across many leadership positions, including his current role as CEO. He recently led the successful acquisition of Legato Management Solutions. Dave holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University. He is actively involved in giving back to the community through charitable donations.
